Our foundation is committed to the cause of humanity and focuses on improving the Human Development Index by acting as a catalyst for various social change agents operating at the grassroots level. Through sustainable social development initiatives, we strive to enhance community healthcare and education, develop critical small-scale civic infrastructures, generate sustainable livelihood options, and promote sports, art, and culture.

Education & Skill Development, Empowerment of Women

WCL Foundation provides education for underprivileged children and offers cricket training in Delhi. Our Cricket Academy offers scholarships to underprivileged boys and girls, enabling them to develop their skills in education and sports as viable career options in India and globally. In the future, we have significant initiatives in the pipeline, including healthcare programs focused on the health and hygiene of adolescent girls and initiatives that promote women's empowerment.

Our vision is to bring long-term benefits to youth and advance the sporting landscape in India. We provide a unique platform for young athletes to nurture their sports abilities and gain confidence through coaching and performance opportunities. We do not charge any coaching or enrollment fees for women.

Our Initiatives

Promoting Women's Cricket at Colleges

We have been executing cricket matches and tournaments for women. The Women's Cricket League (WCL) organized the first-ever "Inter College Tournament" at Delhi University in March 2017, with the participation of six teams. Our vision is to bring long-term benefits to women cricketers and foster the growth of women's cricket in India. We provide coaching and enrollment free of charge for women. We have also affiliated with the "Beti Bachao Beti Padhao" movement and seek support to nurture women cricketers through our ambitious Cricket Nursery for Women.

Women cricketers face challenges in finding platforms and opportunities for match practice, which hampers their growth. WCL Foundation, in partnership with WCL Sports Management, initiated the "Women Cricket League" project for college women cricketers. This initiative aims to build confidence among women cricketers by providing match practice through an inter-college tournament, improving playing skills, and enhancing quality parameters. The tournament has proven instrumental in expanding women's cricketing skills.

WCL Cricket Academy

Our initiative focuses on providing a platform for underprivileged boys and girls to engage in sports. Through our Connecting for Good program, we combine the WCL Cricket Academy with scholarships for deserving youth, offering them the opportunity to pursue their passion for cricket and develop their skills in a supportive environment.
